On Tuesday, Feb. 28 the PLCB became aware of a credit card processing error that resulted in a duplicate charge for customers and licensees who made purchases in stores between Nov. 23 and Nov. 28, 2011. The agency is working closely with our financial partner to reverse those charges and we anticipate that will happen this evening.
